The different types of filtration concern microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO). These four categories are divided in relation to the degree of filtration, that depends on the pore size of the element and on the physical-chemical characteristics of the fluid to be treated.
