We can depute our service expert to customer site for installation of SGL/Other make gearboxes. We can ensure the alignment between motor, gearboxes and couplings.

Make is not an issue for refurbishment of gear boxes. Dismantling of gearboxes being done using latest hydraulic press. All the gear internals will be cleaned by using high pressure washing machine for removing old oil contamination and sediments. Gears being checked for hardness and magnaflux NDT checking.

Conducting health checks of gearboxes (vibration, noise, temperature, gear conditions).
