The BF100 automatic blistering machine works automatically with an alternate system, and produces industrial-quality blisters. The product can be loaded manually by the operator or automatically with the use of the "FULL BOX" universal loader. The entering of data and machine controls work cycles is carried out through an operator panel managed by a Siemens PLC (Compliance CFR21).

BF 150 is an automatic blistering machine with alternate system, vertical stations with automatic movement and pitch feeding through electric axis controlled by a brushless motor. It allows for three different loading methods to place the product inside the pockets: manual, using a special product storage tray made of AISI 316L, automatic and universal type "Full Box" equipped with an automatic dedicated system of rotating brushes, which automatically move the product inside the pockets by means of format-based tracks. The BF150 blistering machine can be equipped with a system for automatic check and detection of pinholes in cold-formed pockets (ALU-ALU) and with the "camera vision" electronic system used to check for product presence and non-conformities inside the pockets.

OG blister is a semi-automatic blistering machine equipped with a Planet Pack system for automatic format change. The blisters are made using the four formed parts already positioned simultaneously in the upper and lower part of the machine. The machine works with pre-cut foils for thermoforming and sealing. Fast format change with PLC guided loading and unloading. Parameter management and data input by SIEMENS touch screen panel. Transmission and drive ensured through "brushless" motors. Rotating table and head to increase productivity at each cycle with the Planet Pack system. Alternating or continuous work cycles. Blisters finished at each machine cycle/stop.

The B200 universal de-sachet machine is the indisputable and innovative first on the pharmaceutical packaging market, as it is the first and only model designed to solve the problem of recovering powders and granulates packed in sachets in production departments. The functional composition of the machine, equipped with sachet loading, cutting, shaking and unloading station allows to de-sachet with a fast and linear work cycle sachets of different content, weight and dimensions in a universal way, that is without having to use parts formed or external accessories, offering the Pharmaceutical Industry a practical, rapid and effective solution. B200 is able to recover volatile or non-volatile powders of any kind in complete safety, as it is equipped with a suction system that can be connected to the RIBO system for the suction of volatile dust. It is also designed to be equipped with a liquid recovery system packaged in sachets.
