The CMPL7 ETSB side compactor is the latest evolution of the of CMPL 7 vehicles with which OMB introduced, first in Italy and then in other countries, this technology applied to waste collection. ETSB version has been designed to maximize the payload of the equipment, keeping the strength and reliability that have always characterized OMB compactors. The proportional hydraulic system allows to combine speed, precision and movement fluidity, reducing mechanic stress on both the machine and the bins, limiting noise and energy consumption. The improved electronic system compared to the previous models, represents the “state of the art” in waste collection field, providing high-tech features but at the same time an “user friendly” layout for an easy compactor use (functional-maintenancediagnostic). OMB side loader series offers two, three and four axles version with specific solutions (Natural gas-Glass).

The Side Compactor CMPL8 is the latest evolution of the vehicles of the CMPL range produced by OMB Technology, a Busi Group company. BM2 vehicle is the OMB solution for the waste containers handling in operative areas. OMB system allows to move, turn over and empty the container inside a street sweeper or in a rear loader compactor. BM2 is as well a really precious equipment in handling side loader containers (replacement, maintenance). Flexible, easy to use and easy to handle, are the main features of this equipment which could be installed onto a large range of two axles chassis.

The RST container, introduced in the market since many years and produced in different variations in hundreds of thousands of pieces, is the aesthetic and functional point of reference in the market of stationary metal containers. The industrial production process that distinguishes it, make it an element of comparison and an unattainable goal.

⁺B LID is the new line of stationary containers characterized by lids with self-bearing sides and no upper beam. Constant depth bins assemble a compact batch with different capacities. Lids are asymmetrical 1/3: 2/3 and joined with a fixed zip. Containers are available with two symmetrical lids ( ZIP-WASTE version) with an increased opening for a better emptying.

RST container has been the leader in the market for twenty years and it is a functional and aesthetic reference in the stationary containers. The shape as well as the safety, basic elements taking part of the original project, are appreciated in the world, as showed by the hundreds of pieces that have been selling since its market introduction. The production process is our great element by which we can be distinguished to our competitors. RST waste container body is made of three pieces only, whose the main are : two sides and an internal continuous band. This is achieved by a production process by means of big presses that are able to get perfect edges through deep-drawing without any welds. In this way we can get a resistant and strength structure body container by limiting the number of welds made, as well and the oxidations risks. RST containers are used to collect solid waste and selective waste collection.

VSC - VIPER is part of the Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV) family, designed, manufactured and commercialized by Busi Group companies. Watertight Refuse Collection Vehicles are ideal for door to door waste collection system in urban areas such as historical town or city centers and mountain locations. The loading can be manual or made by bin lifter (AVC). The simplified model without bin lifter device is ideal for the manual waste collection and the loading is made easier by a side door, supplied as standard. The unloading step is by tipping and it can be made directly to the point of waste handling, inside medium/large compactors or inside roll-off compactors.
