Air-D is the new OMC valve in Spheroidal Cast Iron PN16, two-way single seated weir type with soft seal in PTFE / GR class VI.The maintenance operations on Air-D are extremely simple and fast thanks to the "Quick-Change" trim they are equipped with.In fact, in addition to guaranteeing the seat/plug automatic alignment, the intervention can be carried out without use of special tools.

VL10 is the OMC entry level series with Body material in Ductil Iron GGG40.3 PN16 two ways single seat construction, soft tightness trim class VI (PTFE/Gr).

VD10 Serie is a two ways, single seat valve type with body material in Ductil Iron GGG40.3 PN16, designed to satisfy most of the medium/low pressure conditions to control fluids as steam, water, oil and other different general industrial medium. VD10 valves are designed to control a broad variety of fluids, like steam, water, most of the medium and gases. One of the main features of this serie is the top guided construction that assure a stable plug travel over entire stroke of the valve minimizing vibration and wear.

KD10 series is a top entry globe valve style body construction with a wide range of different single stage trims available. KD10 series combine the advanced modular design and the wide range of actuators to satisfy the needs of the industrial demand. Available in Carbon Steel (WCC), Stainless Steel (CF8M) and materials on request (Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, etc...) KD10 valves are designed to control a broad variety of fluids, like steam, water, most of the medium and gases. KA20 is a globe control valve designed to ensure perfect control of industrial fluid systems with operating pressures up to 105 bar. Designed according to ANSI standard, KA20 is available in carbon steel (WCC), Stainless Steel (CF8M) and special alloys materials on request (Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, etc...) KA20 offers several configurations like: reduced bores, anti-noise and anti-cavitation trim, to meet all the control needs.

The OMC TD10 Series is a three-way style control valve for applications requiring diverting flow in a process control system.  The open flow paths and simple construction provide a reliable and easy–to-maintain valve solution. TD10 series could be manufactured with pneumatic or electric actuators to meet all specific requirements of fluid control (water, steam, thermal oil, gas and other liquids) whether compatible with the material used.

MF40 is a flow initiated single seat two-way micro valve designed for the control of small flow rates. The high range ability value, the modular design and the flexibility of this series make it possible to satisfy the multiple control needs of industrial processes from the simplest to the heaviest.MF40 is particularly suitable for use on pilot and experimental plants. Actuator can be: Pneumatic control or ON-OFF type, Piston type (control signal 6-10 Bar), Electric type. Version according to Directive 2014/34/UE "ATEX" are available.

Single seat self-acting pressure reducers for steam, water, air and other types of non-hazardous fluids (Group 2 Directive 2014/68/EU.Equipped with balancing bellows and a large section driven plug, they allow an accurate regulation in any process condition. Adjustment of the calibration range is extremely simple as it can be carried out with a common spanner wrench without the aid of special tools.The “Quick-change” actuator makes the reducer setting range extremely fast even if already mounted on the plant.From DN15 to DN100 - PN16/25/40.
