Customer Service

OmniMetrix, we want to exceed our customer’s expectations. We offer Technical Support for new installations and interface service advice.

Ongoing Service

No matter what happens, the support team at OmniMetrix is standing with you to make sure that your hardware and software stay operational, current, and optimized. You’re not just getting an OmniMetrix monitor: You’re getting the experience and reliability of the experts at OmniMetrix.

Installation Services

Our products are simple to install, but some people feel more comfortable with someone to help them through it, especially for their first installation. Schedule your install with us and we will walk you through it, step by step, confirming via the web that everything on your end and ours is working just right.

Monitoring Solutions

OmniMetrix remote monitors give customers direct connection to their remote equipment. Our monitors plug and play with all major brands of generators, too. Our customer support team will walk you through an installation that takes less than 10 minutes. Once installed and running, we provide an easy-to-use, web interface with advanced diagnostic and reporting tools for access to current and historic information on critical equipment. Alarms and alerts are sent out as texts or emails only to the people you decide need to receive them.

Monitoring with SmartService

The benefits of using an OmniMetrix SmartService™ Remote Monitor begin as soon as you plug it in and turn it on. The sensors on our remote monitors are capable of detecting the smallest changes in temperature, voltage, and pressure, just to name a few. Immediately, the remote monitor starts posting engine information in a secure database, ready for reporting and further analysis.

SmartService Reports

OmniMetrix customers log into their own account through a secure web interface where they can see several different types of reports. In each report, the user can drill down to the next level of detail by clicking on the appropriate area. Clicking on the name of a unit will bring up the current information about that unit, while clicking on the map pin in a mapping report will give the current location of that piece of equipment. Historic reports are available through the pull down menu selection, offering tabular and graphical displays of activity and performance.
