Easy to understand and able to track multiple Oil/Water Separators from one simple console. OEL8000IIIK provides level monitoring and leak detection for up to 4 Oil/Water Separators. It can be equipped with up to 16 OMNTEC Bright Eye (BX-Series) sensors for monitoring containment areas. Sensors come in either liquid or product distinguishing models. The PROTEUS OEL8000IIIX is a comprehensive yet robust automatic tank gauging and leak detection system that simultaneously monitors product levels, water levels, temperature, and leaks in up to 40 tanks. The PROTEUS OEL8000IIIX accepts up to 64 of OMNTEC’s Bright Eye (BX Series) sensors for distinguishing hydrocarbons from water or for simply detecting the presence of a liquid. A distinct advantage of Bright Eye sensors is that they are networked and utilize a 4 wire bus technology which results in significant savings on installation costs. A built in microprocessor gives each sensor the ability to identify itself and it’s location, and is displayed along with alarm conditions on the PROTEUS OEL8000IIIX’s 7” color touch screen graphic display. Proven Magnetostrictive Sensing Performance In A Revolutionary New Package! MDA-RS probes take field proven technology and packages it in a revolutionary new way for greater reliability, easy installation, and mounting. MDA-RS is ideal for continuous level monitoring with a variety of liquid media. All electronics are integrated into a 5/8” diameter sensing tube. MDA-RS is available in stainless steel or flexible Kynar®. This break through in package design eliminates the bulky electronics enclosure at the top of the probe and offers you greater options for insertion and mounting in tanks and vessels. The 316 stainless steel housing is all welded construction and suitable in a wide variety of applications. The SMT electronics provide 0.1% accuracy and have a 4 wire, loop powered 4-20mA output for process applications. The MDA-RS lower cost design provides more options, offers savings on installation, and has the ultimate in “designed-in” reliability.

MDS-FB Series is a flexible PVDF magnetostrictive tank inventory management probe which enables very accurate product level and measurement of as little as 1” (25mm) of water in the bottom of tanks. It also provides five temperature measurements spaced evenly 1 meter from the tank floor. The MDS-FB Series benefits from a bottom reference approach by resting a heavy hollow weight on the bottom of each tank. This unique OMNTEC bottom reference design takes full advantage of the tank bottom stability versus known instabilities of a tank roof.  The tank bottom reference design is further enhanced by a top mounted constant–tension feature.  This feature maximizes the probe’s level accuracy to less than 0.01 of an inch by removing tank movements and its influence on measurement. In turn this OMNTEC exclusive design maximizes the operator’s ability to manage inventory with accuracy and confidence.

Bright Eye sensors (BX-series) are self diagnostic, and programmed to identify themselves and their location, providing the user with critical information. Each sensor can recognize its unique serial number, part number and function. It accomplishes this via an internal microprocessor that enables it to distinguish itself from the other sensors on the system. This information is then relayed back to the OEL8000II controller, eliminating the need to guess where a leak condition is occurring.

OMNTEC Bright Eye sensors are equipped with self-diagnostic capabilities and programmed to identify their location and provide the user with critical information. Our Bright Eye Sensors are equipped with internal microprocessors that make them unique in the system. Each sensor is easily identifiable by its serial number, part number, and function. This enables our OEL8000II controller to locate any leak quickly and accurately.

BX-LF series float sensors have multiple options including material of construction, mountings and float sizes. This allows for the BX-LF sensor to be extremely versatile in a wide range of applications such as water, oils, chemicals and corrosive liquid.
