IntegroCam-Type connectors are molded in synthetic rubber for superior durability and dielectric strength. This rugged line is ideal for heavy-duty welding jobs, or high current power applications. They can be purchased as extensions with the male and female connectors permanently molded to the cable. These permanently molded extensions are waterproof and much stronger than assembled models, and have been proven to last much longer in the field. Although we highly recommend our molded extensions for durability and extended life, we also offer kits with molded sleeves (in colors) and brass contacts for in-field repairs or replacement.

Integro Fixture Leads are designed to be an FAA Approved Secondary Plug for all lights used on an airfield runway. They are used with approach, taxiway centerline and edgeway, runway centerline and edgeway, touch down zone and sign lights. They typically come installed on a purchased light, but can also be bought separately for in-field installation. Our Style 1 Fixture Leads can be manufactured to fit any lamp voltage, cable type, length or other special requirements.

Integro is also offering a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Tracking System. The RFID tag will be permanently molded into the housing allowing the tag to stand up to environmental conditions and rough handling. The RFID Molded Connector Tracking System will allow for tracking and data storage of each part. Data Entry (Manufacturer, Part Number, Serial Number, Date in Service, & Current Location and more! Up to 28 fields).

Integro’s 2 Wire Lighting Streamers include 2 Pin Male and Female Connectors molded to 12/2 Cable.  Streamers are molded in either Synthetic Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber  with permanently molded sockets.  Streamers available in 25’, 50’ , or 100’ lengths.

Integro’s AC/DC Converter is designed to convert 15A/120VAC input power to 15A/28VDC output.  It comes equipped with (4) 2 Pin molded Panel Mount Receptacles, rated 5A, 28VDC, each protected with 5 amp breakers.  The Steel Enclosure is NEMA 4x Rated. 

Integro`s 28VDC bulb is designed with a beam width of 120 degrees, allowing for maximum lumen output right at the workspace. This bulb is designed to be used for heavy duty industrial applications. Additionally, the bulb is designed without a rectifier. By eliminating the rectifier in the LED bulb, the bulb is free to run at its maximum efficiency and yield its true lifetime expectancy. When installed and used with Integro`s LED Converter, this solution provides the construction lighting market with a safe efficient low maintenance lighting streamer system.

You are able to disengage the internal splines while the insert remains stationary, allowing you to rotate the handle to the desired position. The internal conical spring returns the handle to re-engage the splines for tightening or loosening.
