1995

The company was founded in 1995, originally as a locksmith workshop with less than a dozen employees and our base was in the production hall in Dolní Životice. The first major milestone was the start of production of consumable spare parts in 1996, giving the company its own products. By the difficulty of the production of spare parts that come into direct contact with the soil and thus face great wear, we gradually equipped the production halls with technologies for shaping and tempering steel, which meant a big step forward for the company. Hand in hand with these changes came the investment in the equipment of our own design workplace.

2001

In this year, the company took over the complete production program of agricultural machinery from the Opava engineering company OSTROJ Opava a.s. By this point, the company started production of its own agricultural machinery under the brand OPaLL-AGRI s.r.o., which moved the company into the league of large manufacturers of agricultural machinery. Thanks to the developing production and good sales results, our production facilities no longer had enough capacity, which is why we bought the former premises of the agricultural research institute ÚKZUZ in nearby Hertice.

2005

After extensive reconstruction, we moved offices and a spare parts warehouse to Hertice. In addition, we have set up new stores, service workshops and showroom areas in the extensive area, where customers can view the range of agricultural equipment on offer. Two years later, the original production area in Dolní Životice was reconstructed, furthermore we built a new hall and at the same time invested in employees facilities.

2012

In addition to the premises and buildings located in Hertice and Dolní Životice, we have two other branches in the Czech Republic. The first is located in Golcov Jeníkov and its goal is the sale of parts and machines in the northern Bohemia. In 2002 we bought a large complex with an office building and a large warehouse. The second branch is located in Jindrichuv Hradec, from where employees cover the sale of machinery and parts in the southern Bohemia. The warehouse and offices are located in a spacious lobby.

2015

In 2014, we started the construction of a new production and assembly hall. On the area of the former agricultural brownfield, a production facility with an area of almost 4,752 m² was built, which provided space for new welding shops and several paint shops for machines and spare parts. In the next part of the new hall there is a warehouse of assembly parts, which is followed by its own assembly with four separate assembly workplaces. Naturally, there is a quality background for employees, not only in the social field, but also in the form of a large training room to improve the skills of our staff. We opened a new production hall on September 10, 2015 in the presence of leading representatives of the agricultural sector.

Present

In 2016, we reconstructed the machine shop, completed the car park and paved-handling and parking areas and purchased new technologies that increase the quality and productivity of the work performed. In 2018, we carried out a more extensive reconstruction of the administrative building interior of Golcuv Jeníkuv branch. The aim of this reconstruction was to use all the spaces that this building offers and to create a pleasant environment not only for the employees, but for everyone who visits the establishment. In 2019, we also reconstructed the non-functional administrative building of the former gas station, which the company managed to buy in the past, and which stood on the company`s premises in Dolní Životice, thus expanding the company with new office space. Today, OPaLL-AGRI, s.r.o. a major domestic manufacturer of agricultural machinery and wear parts for soil tillage machines.
