The Hazardous Materials Inventory System (HMIS) product provides for the management of Material Safety Data Sheet (M/SDS) and chemical inventory data in support of both OSHA Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) and EPCRA reporting requirements. It provides an easy method for implementing the regulatory requirements for hazard chemicals in the workplace, while enabling users to quickly identify large quantities of hazardous chemicals for emergency response and security actions.

The Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) product provides a “smart” system for identifying job hazards and controls. Job planners use this system to create a ‘work-safe’ job plan that clearly presents the job scope, associated workplace hazards, and controls needed to mitigate the hazards. JHAs help decrease hazards and accidents by involving employees directly in the safety process. JHAs provide supervisors with a system of recognizing and correcting hazardous situations quickly, while helping to maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agency standards.

The Safety and Industrial Hygiene product provides tools for workplace quantitative and qualitative exposure assessment, medical surveillance and program enrollment interface, hazard inventories for OSHA compliance, and safety inspection checklists.

The Incident and Injury-Illness Tracking System product is used to record, manage, and report information on incidents involving personal injury or illness, motor vehicle accidents, or damage to property. This is a powerful tool for effectively managing workplace safety and health and can help you to comply with OSHA occupational injury and illness recordkeeping and reporting requirements, including printing OSHA’s Form 300, Form 300A and Form 301. This system will support the investigation of accidents and “near miss” incidents to identify their causes and means for prevention while helping document the necessary corrective actions and track them to closure.

The Electronic Document Retrieval (EDR) System provides tools to help solve the problem of accumulated individual stockpiles of hard-copy records making systematic retrieval of these records diffcult if not impossible without extensive manual searching. Safety professionals create a large number of unique record types such as exposure monitoring, lab chain of custody, hazard assessment surveys, recommendations for job-hazard control, respirator fit testing, confined space inventories, laser inventories, ergonomic surveys, injury/illness reports, freedom of information requests, compliance audits and many more. These records can be scanned, digitized, indexed and entered into the EDR program in a way that makes sense for retrieval.
