Tube Sheets and flange manufacturing is one of Openex`s specialties. We`re a tube sheet/flange maufacturer that specializes in almost all tube sheets up to 12 meters in diameter and special flanges in all styles that measure up to 10 meters O.D based on your requirements.

Openex is a global manufacturer of various flanges. Upon request, we manufacture the forging of flanges and blinds that are custom-designed to customer dimensional requirements. We have an extensive track record of producing flanges from a wide variety of material grades. Our extensive raw material inventory allows us to manufacture forged flanges to the most challenging customer-specified product chemistry requirements.

We have over 10 plate rolling machines, including a Hausler heavy plate roller, capable of rolling steel plates up to 4250mm in width by 210mm in thickness. We also have a range of other machines including the Faccin, SERTOM and more. We can carry out all necessary metal processes before rolling, such as CNC cutting, plate bevelling, and also the process of shot blasting and painting after rolling

Openex also features one of the largest single ram press brakes in the world. At 3000 tons and 15m long, we are able to press brake forming long parts at a variety of angles and shapes. And the thickness can be up to 100mm. We are able to customize tooling for specific radii.
