The QJ241 is the most compact unit in the world leading series of jaw crushers from Sandvik. Utilising a compact 34 tonne size, the QJ241 features a massive 1000 x 650 mm / 39” x 26” jaw and is powered by a 168 kW / 225 hp engine. This unit has been specifically designed for the smaller operation with low operator cost and maximum productivity in mind. Fitted with a raise and lower facility on the main conveyor to give a greater discharge height and increased clearance for rebar discharge, it is the ideal solution for recycling sites yet is equally productive in hard rock applications.

The QJ341 is the flagship of the range and consistently one of the world’s best-selling tracked crushers. The massive 1200 x 750mm / 47 x 30” jaw opening means that the QJ341 operates in a class of its own. With a wealth of standard features such as radio remote control, natural fines conveyor and overband magnet, the QJ341 is designed to tackle the most difficult applications. Our purpose designed Sandvik PLC control system and colour screen provides the operator with total control and peace of mind.

The QH331 is aimed at the operator looking for a compact, high quality mobile cone crusher. It is fitted with the Sandvik CH430 cone crusher, which comes with a choice of six different crushing chambers and a variety of bush settings making it one of the most flexible cone crushers in the market today. The CH430 cone is equipped with a hydroset CSS regulation system that optimises production and keeps track of liner wear. Powered by a 261 kW / 350 hp engine it has a fuel efficient direct drive system to ensure maximum power transfer for high production capacity.

The direct drive QH440 features the world-leading CH440 Sandvik Hydrocone of which there are thousands of installed units worldwide. Designed for minimal operator intervention, the QH440 utilizes latest technology to ensure uninterrupted productivity. Although specifically aimed at the large operator, the QH440 is engineered for ease of mobility, with a rapid set-up time. The cone comes with a wide choice of concaves and eccentric bush settings offering customers ultimate flexibility and making the Sandvik cone crusher one of the most versatile tracked cones on the market.
