Free discharge energy dissipation fixed cone valve for regulation and closing of bottom and intermediate outlets in dams and reservoirs. Round-port valve for regulating and closing the flow under high heads; normally installed at the outlet works of dams under free discharge. Designed to control the amount of water downstream in order not to damage the enviroment. The outflow can be guided by means of fixed or mobile guide vanes. Wide range of sizes and special materials to match specific requirements and depending on the head under which the gate will operate. Available with hydraulic, electric or manual actuator.
