Special Cements
Binder
Calcium Sulfoaluminate binder is pure CSA clinker that grinded without any gypsum. It is a hydraulic cementitious material blend high in C4A3S (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Crystals).
Cement
CSA cement is a special cement used in many applications where early high strength and fast setting development are necessary. CSA cement is short for Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement, also named calcium sulphoaluminate cement, rapid setting cement, high strength cement, fast hardening cement, CSA type III and CSA binder.
White CSA Cements
The white csa cements (Denka CSA) is a hydraulic binder based on calcium sulfoaluminate, specially designed to be blended with anhydrite and some other materials such as sand, crashed stone, pigments to make artificial stone and countertops. The white csa cements is manufactured under a strict quality assurance systems.
Expansive Additive
The CSA expansive additive is obtained by blending natural anhydrite with clinker powder which consists of calcium sulfoaluminate and CaO. This CSA expansive additive is always mixed with ordinary cement. When mixed in the proper proportion with ordinary cement and hydrated, cement mortar or concrete expands during the early stages of hydration. It is developed to reduce and compensate the hydraulic shrinkage of cement based construction products. Its performance is similar to Denka CSA #20, which is now widely used in the formulation of different mortars in Europe countries. We offer two types of these CSA expansive additives, the main specifications are according to JC476-2001.
Calcium Aluminate Cement
Calcium aluminate cement, alumina cements or high alumina cements are obtained by the reaction at high temperature of lime (from limestone) and alumina (contained in natural minerals like bauxite). The product obtained after cooling is a hard mineral: calcium aluminate clinker. Ground into a fine powder, the clinker becomes calcium aluminate cement (CAC) which forms a paste when mixed with water. This has the ability to harden very quickly: it forms a rigid solid within 24 hours.
Ore Products
Acid Activated Clay
Our product acid activated clay is clay of bentonite origin, it is chemically inert and non-toxic. We got Activated Clay after the bentonite has been processed with acid activation(usually hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid), the adsorption properties are considerably improved. Activated Clay can be reactivated by heating it to get it to release the substances it has adsorbed, allowing people to reuse it.
Bentonite
Bentonite is rock that consists mainly of montmorillonite, a clay mineral, and contains impurities such as quartz, feldspar, and other minerals. Bentonite is a highly colloidal clay mineral. Primarily there are two kinds of bentonite - sodium bentonite (high swelling, gelling and thermal durability) and calcium bentonite (more commonly available worldwide but with less swelling).
Calcined Bauxite
Calcined Bauxite is obtained by firing (heating) the superior grade Bauxite at high temperature (from 850℃ to 1600℃). This removes moisture thereby increasing the alumina content. Compared to an alumina content of about 57 % to 58 % in raw Bauxite, Calcined Bauxite has an alumina content of 75 % to 90 %. The heating is carried out in rotary kilns. Calcination is done at different temperatures ranging from 850 ℃to 1600 ℃ depending upon the customer’s application. FIND professional Calcined bauxite manufacturer here.
