A Quality Management ISO 9001 organisation cannot be established without solid background. It is built around unifying objectives that Management is able to establish or adopt by calling upon organisations such as ours. The procedure is built upon the Company`s available resources that must be qualified in advance according to internally confidential plans, or incorporated when the aspired objectives are ambitious.

A custom implementation of an Information System or a Quality System always involves a high cost. Managers` choice is often directed towards short-term plans. However the average assessment in tangible and intangible capital investment presented to companies after three to four years of activity dissociating the two projects, will work out twise as expensive, if not more highest as originally estimated compared with merged projects. The new ISO Standard and the existence of a regulation associated with the evolution of technological procedures and the methods of handling, production, processing, backup, control, and transport, sensitises companies and urges them to integrate these procedures in their own projects. The FSMS and/or HACCP process are (is), like the Environment, one of the Quality components to be integrated in your processes, if it is directly or indirectly related to your field of activity.
