M&W’s type AS is specially designed to extract dry, non-sticky powders on a continuous or intermittent basis from air assisted conveyors.  It can be installed in your existing air slide within a couple of hours.

A sample is extracted when a hollow tube with a longitudinal slot rotates into position against the material flow.  The sample falls directly through the tube and into a sample bottle.

Allgaier’s wood sifters are known globally in the chip board industry for their high performance and rugged construction. Wood chip coming from the dryer is sieved to classify the different particle size fractions for the inner and outer layers of chipboard or MDF. Allgaier ARSM gyratory screens (pictured right) have an output of up to 180 m³/hr with a mesh width of 4 mm and up to five screening decks. The “Jumbo” version has a truly massive 25 sqm screening area per deck and is available as a double-performance machine with up to 2 x 4 screening decks.
