DONACARBO Felt is nonwoven fabric made from DONACARBO original fibers as "pitch-based carbon fiber." This fiber is processed by needle-punching and entangled to be nonwoven fabric. DONACARBO Felt does not deteriorate at high temperatures and therefore has excellent characteristics when used as a high temperature insulator. To meet a wide variety of applications, many products are available in different thickness and bulk densities.

DONACARBO Molded Insulator is a shaped heat insulator that is made from "pitch-based carbon fiber" as the base material impregnated with resin of high carbonization rate. We form this insulator into shapes according to purposes with curing, carbonizing, and graphitizing process. DONACARBO Molded Insulator is used in various industrial furnaces.
