This compact fusing machine comes with two conveyor belts (upper and lower) that are fitted with special cord edging. Maximum pressure 1.5KG. The device is designed to improve belt tracking and life. The machine`s small size allows it to be easily moved about. It also employs a helix-scraper design to guarantee that the fused laminates are removed cleanly off the conveyor belt. This machine features automated temperature management and may activate an automatic cooling-shutdown feature when not in use. The machine has moveable wheels to make it easier to transport.

Our fusing machine features a PTFE coated conveyor belt to minimize sticking, along with a pneumatic cylinder system that ensures consistent pressure distribution of up to 10KG. With a large preheating zone, it protects your fabric from damage. The 12-zone heating system with PID temperature controls assures precise heating, while the automated cooling-shutdown function and dual-scraper design make it easier to remove fused laminates from the conveyor belt. An automatic shutdown function also prevents the conveyor belt from overheating. Plus, with casters and movable rollers, it`s easy to relocate to meet your production needs.
