The Otis Instruments, Inc. GenII WireFree OI-6900 ambient air gas sensor assembly is a WireFree gas sensor assembly that uses an Electrochemical or Infrared sensor element to detect a variety of gases. The device comes standard with a 102 x 64 graphical LCD screen, Otis Instruments standard three-button interface, Otis-blue custom explosion proof enclosure, non-intrusive magnetic switches, and radio (900MHz or 2.4GHz). The OI-6900 is designed to be self-contained and to last from 6-12 months on a single battery (time varies depending of amount of gas detected). The device has been designed to reject EMI and other forms of interference in order to avoid false gas readings.

The OI-6940 Quad is a battery-powered explosion proof 4-gas sensor assembly that uses up to four sensors – Electrochemical, Low-Power Infrared and PID – for sensing an array of gases in ambient air. The Quad is designed to be self-contained, and lasts for up to six months using a 3.6VDC battery-pack.

The WireFree Non-Explosion Proof OI-6900 Detector is a wireless, dual battery-powered assembly that uses an electrochemical, infrared or PID sensor element to detect a variety of gases. Magnetic switches allow for non-intrusive calibration and system setup while in the field. The display screen always shows the present gas concentration.
