Grinding
Ottevanger - Grinding Hammer Mills for Granulates up to 20mm
100 years of experience and innovation have led to the development of a wide range of high-efficiency Hammer Mills 650 series. These Ottevanger Hammer Mills are eminently suitable for grinding granulates up to 20 mm diameter. Depending on the screen-size used, the mill is able to reduce the particle size down to approx. 200 micron. The Hammer Mills 650 features a solid all-welded construction and has a number of benefits.
Ottevanger - Hammer Mills for Micron-sized Particles
The Ottevanger Hammer Mills 670 series are very efficient mills and the result of our innovation and many years of experience. Depending on the number of revolutions and selected sieve size the machine is able to reduce the particle size down to approx. 200 micron. The Hammer Mill 670 machines can rotate in two directions and are equipped with electro-pneumatically operated valves and cast iron rupture discs.
Milling & Structurizing
Roller Mills
The new Roller mills series HE are developed to crush or grind various materials. It can handle materials such as grain, oilseeds, biomass and others with an optimum result and low energy requirements. One, two or three on top of each other mounted units, each with two large, independently driven rollers ensure an even flow to breaker rollers. The large-scale axially riffled breaker rollers rotate at the same speed in opposite directions and cut the pellet to a crumble.
Drying & Cooling
Ottevanger - Counterflow Dryers
The Counterflow dryer operates by sucking hot air through one, two or three product beds which are each variable in depth. New product is continuously fed through the inlet valve, while the ‘swivel valve’ discharger ensures smooth discharging of dried product to the next drying deck or into the hopper. Ottevanger Milling Engineers is making all the advantages of counterflow available to the drying of petfood, fish feed etc.
Ottevanger - Counterflow Pellets Coolers
Counterflow coolers are used to cool pellets and extrudates to ambient temperature. They are available in 8 sizes with capacities of up to 30 t/h.
