Outdoor Water Solutions has brought Solar Aeriation into its product lineup! Solar powered aeration systems are the ideal choice for remote ponds and lakes where power is not available, too expensive, or simply if you are in a windless area and have lots of sun; it is also an environmentally conscious solution. The SB-4 is an effective way of aerating ponds up to four acres in size. These systems come complete with a high efficiency solar panel, charge control system, a 3 day battery back-up, energy efficient compressor, programmable digital timer and a fully adjustable aluminum manifold housed in an attractive 100% recycled plastic cabinet. This unit is made from the highest quality materials, can be placed anywhere, is built to withstand the harshest of conditions, and is rated for use in extreme heat or cold weather.

If you’re looking for everything you need to aerate your pond, this is it! Our 20′ Deluxe Windmill Aeration System pumps tons of air, even more than other companies that sell “dual diaphragm” models. The secret is our new, patent pending “BalCam II” Technology that allows us to pump more air with a single diaphragm. The benefit to you is that you’ll have less moving parts, less bearing’s and fewer diaphragms to service and maintain. This unit is rated at 3.0 – 4.5 CFM and includes everything you’ll need to install your unit and begin aerating your pond. 16 FT Tower Windmill Aeration System includes Air Stone Diffuser and Foot Valve and 100 Ft of 1/2″ reg. air line. The 16 Ft tower produces approximately 10% more aeration than the 12 FT tower height due to the elevated height of the tower. The head diameter measures a full 73″ making this the largest in the industry.

Powder Coated Windmill Aeration Systems includes – Airstone Diffuser and Foot Valve, 100 ft. Air line, 50 ft. Weighted Air line, Hose Connector Pack, & Pivot Points.  Sizes are all 20′. The blade diameter on all units is a full 73″ in diameter which is the largest windmill head on the market for pond aeration. This allows our units to pump up to 4.5 CFM of air and still turn at low wind speeds due to our windmill heads higher torque. We can also produce up to 30 psi of air allowing these units to aerate ponds or lakes that are 10′, 20′ or even 30′ deep.

For those pond owners that have an existing tower and are interested in simply the windmill head then we offer the Outdoor Water Solutions functional windmill head.  This comes with the complete head, blades, functional compressor, tail arms and tail fin.  It also includes 100′ of airline and 1 airstone diffuser with a backflow valve. Want a more Nostalgic look and feel? Our new wooden windmill towers are a masterpiece in design. Manufactured in the U.S. with a light cedar colored pressure treated wood, this windmill will look great for a long time! Assembled height of the windmill and head is 19′. This unit includes a Powder Coated Head in your choice of any two colors. You can also get a personalized tailfin with your name or logo imprinted on the both sides of the tail.

This kit can be added to any solar pond aerator or electric aerator cabinet to further quiet your aeration system.  This kit includes a powder coated aluminum fan cover and OWS sound deadening acoustical foam inside of the aluminum cabinet along with a high quality mounting base. This is a great addition when you’re placing your pond aeration system in an area where you don’t want a lot of external noise.

Would you like to take advantage of alternative energy aeration and yet still have aeration 24 hours a day? Our new Pond Aerator Control Box utilizes an air pressure sensor to regulate your aeration needs. If the wind stops blowing, this control box will turn on your electric aeration system. If the wind blows, it shuts off your electric aerator allowing you to save money and electricity.
