Odomatic Odour Treatment Systems

The Odomatic odour treatment system uses proprietary advanced oxidation to quickly and efficiently eliminate odours at wastewater treatment plants, solid waste handling facilities and other industrial facilities. Odomatic effectively treats odours from diverse sources and in multiple locations with enhanced control. It is scalable to increase treatment capacity to meet future needs with ease. The latest generation of the GX system delivers the same proven odour treatment technology with a host of upgrades including a metal-oxide catalyst, a modular design and an improved aesthetic.

Water-Regenerable Activated Carbon

Activated Carbon for Hydrogen Sulfide Removal: Our pelletized activated carbon with enhanced catalytic properties helps in converting hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the air into sulfuric acid. Under certain conditions, the carbon is washable & regenerable with potable or irrigation water in situ. This operation can be done 6 to 10 times, before replacing the carbon media . The bed-life, depending on the load, is more than 5 years (sometimes up to 10 years). Conventional activated carbon odour treatment methods can be ineffective, costly, hazardous, and unsustainable. These existing carbon systems can often be retrofitted to utilize OxyGen`s Water-Regenerable Carbon.

Model Advanced Oxidation - Chemical-Free Water Treatment

OxyGen`s advanced oxidation water treatment technology generates powerful oxidizing agents onsite, without adding chemicals or media and delivers it to your water stream during treatment. A wide range of residual chemicals and contaminants are destroyed, while the oxidant provides disinfection to eliminate microbes. See below for performance data and pictures from trials that compared our system to Ultraviolet (UV) and another which used an Ozone/Oxygen mixture. At flows from 40 to 115 GPM, OxyGen`s AOP was able to achieve 99% or greater reduction in E.Coli counts.

Venturi Aeration

The Venturi Aerator provides an affordable, simple, and easily integrated solution to increase the aeration capacity of wastewater treatment systems. OxyGen has successfully implemented our venturi aerators in oxidation ditches and lagoon pre-aeration systems.
