This small-size version of the standard OxyGuard dissolved oxygen probe is a membrane-covered galvanic cell that generates its own voltage. The Ocean DO Probe is designed for long-term measurements in ponds, lakes and oceans at depths up to 2000 m. A special version for depths up to 7000 m is available on request.

OxyGuard temperature probes are robust, accurate and easy to use. They are filled with a special compound that protects against moisture. As standard the probes are fitted with 7 m cable, but they can be supplied with other lengths on request. The sensor in both types of probe consists of a stainless steel cylinder containing the thermistor or Pt100 element. This sensor tip is fitted to a black plastic housing. Standard types of housing are shown overleaf, but others can be supplied on request, e.g. to fit other pipe threads or fittings.

The OxyGuard Pacific dissolved oxygen probe is a robust, accurate, and stable probe for measuring both oxygen and temperature, simplifying the maintenance of optimal conditions in aquaculture. Each probe is equipped with a unique serial number to enhance traceability. Thanks to innovative technology, the temperature readings are reliable even when faced with resistance in the cable, eliminating the need for temperature compensation, even in the presence of long cables. The design effectively minimizes signal interference from other equipment, ensuring greater accuracy and stability.

The OxyGuard Profile is a small dissolved oxygen probe with a very fast response time and a short temperature equilibrium time. It is designed specially for profiling measurements in ponds, lakes and the sea. It is (unlike other types of dissolved oxygen probe) NOT sensitive to hydrogen sulphide.

The OxyGuard Polaris C TGP (Total Gas Pressure) is a hand-held gas pressure Handy. It can operate in three modes, one where it acts as a standard Handy Polaris dissolved oxygen (DO) meter, one where it is a total gas pressure meter that shows pressures as percent saturation values and one where it is a total gas pressure meter that shows pressures as volume percentages. The user can choose which value is shown in large figures in the display. This can, for example, be the percent saturation value for gases other than oxygen. The instrument incorporates a data logger. Messages on the display, and menu functions, make the Polaris C TGP easy to use.

Polaris C Salinity measures salinity, conductivity and temperature in water with factory PSS-78 calibration. The Polaris C Salinity is a Handy instrument specially designed for aquaculture use. Factory calibration and automatic temperature compensation make it very easy to use. The display shows the salinity directly. Temperature is also measured and shown in the display.

The OxyGuard Polaris C MaxiTemp is a small electronic thermometer specially designed to meet the demands of fish farmers and other professional people for a rugged, reliable and accurate thermometer with data logging function. The Handy has a measuring range of -5 to +45°C with an accuracy of +/- 0.1°, and will measure up to +60°C with an accuracy of +/- 0.2°C. The probe is manufactured in plastic and sea-water resistant stainless steel, and is connected to the display with a 1.5 m cable. Both probe and display are sealed and waterproof. Values can be stored either automatically at preset time intervals, or manually. You can group values according to the place of measurement. Stored values can be transferred to a PC using the Polaris Link, which connects to the PC via a USB cable.

The OxyGuard Polaris C CO2 Handy is a reliable and easy to use instrument that measures the free dissolved carbon dioxide concentration directly in the water. The CO2 concentration is shown on the display, and there is an analogue output.
