All membrane technologies are offered as rollstock for any customers who wishes to further process our track-etched membranes or fiber-based membranes in-house and integrate them into their production. Membrane can be sealed via heat or ultrasonic welding onto most plastic housings, preferably in a punch-and-seal procedure.  The cutting width of the rollstock will be designated by the customer.

OxyDisc® pre-punched membrane discs can be produced using either hydrophobic or hydrophilic membranes for any filtration or venting application. The discs can be manufactured on a liner for use in a high-speed processing system or individually in special blister packaging. While offered in standard sizes, customized shapes and sizes can be provided with minimal incremental cost. Assemble pre-punched hydrophobic or hydrophilic membranes easily into a housing

To achieve more consistent and reliable ventilation, OxyPad® hydrophobic self-adhesive membrane pads can be applied easily during the production process. Our membrane pads have a circumferential adhesive and are attached along the border of a free membrane space. Various adhesives are available to meet the specific requirements of the venting application. While offered in standard sizes, customized shapes can be provided with minimal incremental cost.

OxySeal pressure compensation units with hydrophobic membranes are used for ventilation purposes where water needs to be reliably retained, and a gas exchange or pressure compensation is needed at the same time. OxySeal pressure compensation units are a plug-in solution for housings having inverted cylindrical openings. Each unit consists of a hydrophobic track-etched membrane that has been injection-molded with a thermoplastic elastomer seal, which keeps the unit in the opening without any additional anchor or fastener. OxySeal units are customizable according to the specific requirements of the customer, including the selection of the dimensions, membrane technology, and the form of the pressure compensation elements.

Utilizing any Oxyphen membrane as the center of the development work, Oxyphen engineers design functional solutions for a broad selection of applications – from sensor venting and protection to headlight moisture control and cell culture inserts.

Unique-Mem track-etched membranes are characterized by cylindrical shaped pores penetrating the membrane in different angles, as well as a smooth flat surface and well-determined flow rates.  They are available either as hydrophilic or hydrophobic membranes. All Oxyphen membranes are PFOA free and can be used freely in accordance with the latest REACH legislation from 04. July 2020.

RoTrac track-etched membranes are Unique-Mem® membranes that are supported with nonwovens (PP or PET) to create a more robust membrane. They are also available as either hydrophilic and hydrophobic membranes.
