De-dusting Filters

Rectangular Shaped Industrial Filters

Rectangular shaped industrial filters are the most common industrial filters and can be constructed at various sizes (both outer size and filtering surface). Round shaped filter bags are used as primary filtering elements. All filter bags can be constructed using various materials, selected according to the type of the dust that must be handled, as well as the operational environment of the filter (temperature, humidity etc).

Industrial Filters with Cartridge Filter Elements

Industrial filters with cartridge filter elements have generally smaller outer dimensions, proportional to the size of the filtering surface and are prefered for applications where space is limited.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems (Air Transfers)

Our company, using its experise and in cooperation with accredited international companies, is capable of undertaking the design, the delivery, observation and fine-tuning of all types of pneumatic conveying systems that are used  in various industries such as plastics, aggregates, food, chemicals, etc. We design and manufacture pressurized or aspirated air transferring systems, both of low (0,2 - 0,8 bar) or high pressure (0,8 - 3 bar), accoding to the application parameters. Air conveying systems can be combined with individual weighing, bagging, dosing, or other systems.

Biofilters

The fundamental principle of biological control of air pollution is that gaseous pollutants are used by microbes as a source of food, so after they are consumed, they are transformed into harmless end-products of metabolism (CO2, H2O) Biofilters mainly eliminate soluble organic compounds such as alcohols, aldehydes and ketones, as well as a wide variety of odorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, organic sulfur compounds, etc.

Active Carbon Industrial Filters

Active carbon industrial filters are used to clean air from chemicals that can be absorbed by activated carbon. They are used with great results at applications that involve controlling of odors in wastewater management facilities, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Depending on the chemical to be adsorbed, we can use granular activated carbon, chemically impregnated activated carbon, active alumina or zeolite.
