Pacific Aqua Technologies Inc. (PAT) products
PAT - Model IM-UF - Integrated Ultrafiltration System
In Ultrafiltration untreated water is forced against a semipermeable membrane. The membrane allows the water molecules to pass through and screens out the colloids. Excess water is used to wash the colloids off the surface and to a drain. Ultrafiltration (UF) is a pressure-driven membrane separation process with the membrane pore size in the range of 0.001-0.01μm.
PAT - Model AI-NANOW - Integrated Nano-Filtration System
Pacific Aqua technologies, Inc (PAT) offers a custom engineered Nano Filtration water plants. PAT combines application engineering, innovative products and technical service to lower operating costs and promote positive customer experiences. NF membranes are ideal for applications requiring the removal of divalent ions, organics, color, bacteria and viruses.
PAT - Model SB-ROIS - Reverse Osmosis (RO) Integrated System
The world water consumption rate is increasing by 100 percent every twenty years. Nations and local governments are facing a challenging demand of providing fresh water for their growing population. Reverse osmosis (RO) membrane elements use a strong pressure gradient to force water through a semi-permeable membrane, while retaining salts and other larger molecules behind. These elements are used for desalination of brackish waters and seawater. Desalination using reverse osmosis membrane technology has increasing become a viable option for producing fresh water.
PAT - Model IH-MBR - Integrated Membrane Bio Reactor System
Membrane Bio reactor is a hybrid system to combine a biological process and a membrane filtration. It is combination of biological wastewater treatment process and membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration. Packaged Membrane Bio Reactor for treating industrial and domestic wastewater. The benefits of MBR includes smaller footprint, usually 30-50% smaller than an equivalent conventional active sludge facility with secondary clarifiers and media tertiary filtration.
PAT - Model CP-MBBR - Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor System
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor MBBR process is a biological process used for wastewater treatment both municipally and industrially for BOD removal, nitrification and denitrification.
PAT - Model CDERS - Ion Exchange System
Ion exchange describes a processes of purification of aqueous solutions using ion exchange resin. The term encompasses a large variety of processes where ions are exchanged between two electrolytes. Ion exchange, chemical process, in which unwanted dissolved ions are exchanged for other ions with a similar charge. Ion exchange is a water treatment process commonly used for water softening or demineralization, but it also is used to remove other substances from the water in processes such as desalination, deionization, and disinfection. Ion exchange is widely used in the food and beverage industry, hydrometallurgy, metals finishing, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical technology, sugar and sweetener production, ground- and potable-water treatment, nuclear, softening, industrial water treatment, semiconductor, power, and many other industries
PAT - Model HB-ZLD - High Brine Concentrator and Recovery and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems
There is an increasing need for treatment of produced water from shale/oil development, minimizing the environment impact of the existing desalination plant and treatment of highly concentrated salt in industrial wastewater. PAT’s HB-ZLDTM System is a unique process for treatment and reduction of these wastewaters. It is a compact modular system that can easily be scaled up or expanded.
PAT - Model DeSBWT - Desalination and Brackish Water Treatment Systems
Seawater has higher salinity content than fresh or brackish water. Pacific Aqua Technologies offers a large selection of sea water reverse osmosis systems and membranes. Pacific Aqua Technologies designs and build standard and custom-made reverse osmosis systems with capacities from 1 to 2,500 m3/day.
PAT - Model CWTRO - Containerized Water Treatment RO Plant
Pacific Aqua Technologies containerized reverse osmosis systems are fully self-contained, turnkey water plants that can function on the go or as a permanent water treatment solution. Pre-designed, module-sized plants, fully assembled in standard 40ft containers can be shipped to site on very short delivery time. Containerized approach eliminates the complexity of construction of a building to house a water purification plant. The container just needs to be shipped out to where water is needed, installation generally takes few days and after a brief training session, the plant operators will be ready to produce high-quality potable water.
