Padsons Gravity Separator is designed to separate particles of same size but of different specific gravity (like rain damaged insect attacked or low grade seeds). The material is fed continuously on the surface of oscillating deck attached with the Gravity Separator. The pressurized air permeates though porous deck surface made up of wire-mesh and creates fluidized bed, this cause the seed particles to orient themselves as per their specific weight. These Gravity Separators are used for Dal-mill, Floor mill, Grain cleaning merchants & seed industries and Food Processing industry. 

Bucket elevators are suitable for feeding various fruits like mango slices, guava, tomato etc. upto a height into the fruit mill/pulper. The elevator is fitted with SS buckets, which pick up the product from feed hopper & take the product dump into the discharge hopper. These bucket elevator are fitted with the belt or chain of the elevators.

Air Classifiers are used to modify a particle size distribution, remove the fines fraction of a material or the over size or coarse particles of a material or create two grades of material. Air Classifier retains coarser particles, while suction fan discharge fine powder to the cyclone separator and dust is collected in the bag filter unit.
