This large, high-density baling press with 30 tonnes of pressure reduces recycling material volume by up to 90% and is suitable for a number of different materials, including cardboard, paper, shrink films, etc. Our MX600 Vertical Baler produces mill sized bales which can be taken away by a waste recycler to provide rebate for the company. The baling press has an ejection mechanism to discharge the bale directly onto a pallet, for ease of collection. Waste retention teeth are fitted to prevent springback of material to guarantee maximum bale weights are achieved. As well as that, the press produces compaction with up to 30 tonnes of pressure (300 KN).

Features: 200 – 300kg. Produces a Euro pallet size bale. Ideal for medium to large amounts of material. Full automated bale ejector, simplifies removal of bale.

The Powerkube XL horizontal baler is the most popular baler in the range, with an overall length of 6677mm and a feed opening 1590mm long x 1490mm wide. It produces mill size bales, and its extended loading aperture allows large items of waste and bulky cardboard boxes to be baled effectively giving up to 2000kg per hour throughput.

The Powerkube XXL horizontal baler is the largest baler in the range, with an overall length of 7852mm and a feed opening of 2100mm long x 1490mm wide. This machine produces mill sized bales, with its extended loading aperture allows larger items of cardboard, paper and plastic to be baled effectively, giving up to 2000 kg per hour throughput.

The Super 125 is our highest capacity fully automatic horizontal baler. With a 125-ton total force press capacity it can process all types of OCC, PET, HDPE, paper, nylon, metal and cans. When used as a PET bottle press a PET perforator needs to be attached to the hopper top. With a fast cycle time it is ideal where an 8–11-ton capacity per hour output is required. The Super 125 can operate with or without a conveyor, creating bales with an average weight of 700-1000 kg and tying them automatically.

The Super 100 fully automatic horizontal baler is one of our higher capacity machines with a 100-ton total force press capacity. It can process all types of OCC, PET, HDPE, paper, nylon, metal and cans. When used as a PET bottle press a PET perforator needs to be attached to the hopper top. The Super 100 can operate with or without a conveyor, creating bales with an average weight of 550-650 kg and tying them automatically at a rate of 5-7 tons per hour.

The Powerkrush 50 is the smallest standard static compactor in our range designed to fulfil the requirements of light industry and commerce. It is normally used in conjunction with a 10.9 cubic metre (14 cubic yard) container, but can be fitted to a larger container if required.

The Powerkrush 75 is a medium sized static compactor designed for general waste mainly loaded by hand or via wheeled bin. It is the most popular compactor in our range and is used in conjunction with containers ranging from 14 to 40 cubic yards.

The Portakrush 2000 is the largest portable compactor in this category, with an excellent ram penetration from its twin cylinder design, fully sealed container and options of hand feed or wheelie bin loading. The Portakrush 2000 is a heavy duty machine, suited for all applications including wet waste, mixed waste and dry waste.

The Portakrush 1000 can reduce waste volumes by up to 5:1 depending on waste type. A further feature of the Portakrush 1000 is the food quality liquid retention door seal. The image shown is the standard Portakrush 1000 machine but model variations are available.
