Our salt water desalination systems are available with capacities ranging from 100LPH to 1500 LPH for commercial needs and from 1500 LPH to 100000 LPH for industrial use and a maximum feed water TDS of 60,000 ppm

We offer a full range ofA Sewage Treatment PlantA for domestic and commercial applications. We can size your sewage treatment solution for you based on population, daily flow rates and type of usage. It is important to size your sewage treatment plant correctly in order for it to function most efficiently. Raw sewage from different units will flow to STP by gravity after passing through a bar screen and collected in a collection sump for pumping in to ETP at desired rate and eliminate the effects of hourly flow variations. Raw sewage will be pumped to aeration tank. Aerobic biomass will be maintained in the aeration tank to decompose organic pollutants in suspended and dissolved stage. A diffused aeration system will be provided for oxygen supply. An integrated clarifier A will be provided for separation of treated sewage and biomass. Biomass will be retained in the aeration tank and excess biomass and sewage solids will be wasted in to sludge drying beds for drying by solar action.

The hardness in raw water gest exchanged with sodium ions in the sodium based cationic resin bed thus giving pure unadulterated water on further processing. A wide and customized range of Softening Systems are available with panda depending on the requirement of the industry or home. We offer softener tank with Rubber or Epoxy Coated Steel, Stainless Steel or fiber reinforced plastics Construction. Best quality of hardness exchange resins are used to ensure consistent production of hardness-free water. The softening systems are available in manual, timer and meter initiated regeneration or with PLC based Control system.
