Inorganic Nanofibrous Powders - NnF CERAM

NnF CERAM - Model Al2O3 - Aluminium Trioxide Nanofibrous Powders

Aluminium trioxide nanofibrous powder is a novel kind of ceramic material produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Nanofibrous products are fully comprised of a ceramic basis of aluminium oxide with minor amounts of porous particles from the same material. Aluminium trioxide nanofibrous material is basically produced in gamma – glassy crystal phase modification, but the production setup can be simply modified to obtain other phases like alpha alumina. The properties and characteristics obtained by combinations of nanofibrous morphology and conventional properties of alumina material predestine Al2O3 nanofibers for applications in many commercial products.

NnF CERAM - Model ITO - Indium Tin Oxide Nanofibrous Powder

Indium tin oxide nanofibrous powder is a novel kind of ceramic material produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. This product comprises fully of ceramic basis indium/tin bi-oxide nanofibers with minor amount of particles of these oxides. Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a bi-oxide composite of indium (III) oxide (90% In2O3) and tin (IV) oxide (10% SnO2). ITO has a high electrical conductivity while simultaneously exhibiting unique optical properties: transparent to most visible light waves and opaque to infrared and UV light. ITO is most commonly used as a transparent, conductive coating for a variety of electronic devices. It can be used in electroluminescent devices, and incorporated into infrared and UV light reflecting coatings.

NnF CERAM - Model CeO2 - Cerium Dioxide Nanofibrous Powder

Cerium dioxide nanofibrous powder is a novel kind of ceramic material produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. This product is comprised fully of ceramic basis cerium oxide nanofibers with minor amount of porous particles of the same material. This nanofibrous material has excellent optical, electrical, magnetic, thermal and mechanical properties. Cerium dioxide have attracted a great deal of attention mainly in catalysis due to the excelent oxygen-storage properties of cerium. Cerium oxide also exhibits high ionic conductivity and serves as a very strong UV absorbent. The main benefit of nanofibrous structure is a high catalytic activity due to a high surface area and porosity.

Polymer Nanofibrous Membranes - NnF MBRANE

NnF MBRANE - Model PUR - Polymer Nanofibrous Membranes

NnF MBRANE – PUR is a novel kind of nanofibrous membrane produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Nanofibrous layer is deposited on the top of a supporting substrate with air permeating structure made of virtually any material on customers’ request – woven /nonwoven textiles, filtration paper... or without support. Combination of the grammage of nanofibrous layer and a type of the supporting substrate enable manufacturing of filtration membranes with different permeability and filtration efficiency, in accordance to customers demand! Nanofibrous structure of the membrane posses small pore size, which leads to high filtration efficiency with simulteneously high permeability due to open fibre structure.

NnF MBRANE - Model PA6 - Polymer Nanofibrous Membranes

NnF MBRANE – PA6 (Nylon 6) is a novel kind of nanofibrous membrane produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Nanofibrous layer is deposited on the top of a supporting substrate with air permeating structure made of virtually any material on customers’ request – woven/nonwoven textiles, filtration paper... or without support. Combination of the grammage of nanofibrous layer and a type of the supporting substrate enable manufacturing of filtration membranes with different permeability and filtration efficiency, in accordance to customers demand.

NnF MBRANE - Model PAN - Polyacrylonitrile Nanofibrous Membranes

NnF MBRANE – PAN (Polyacrylonitrile) is a novel kind of nanofibrous mambrane produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Nanofibrous layer is deposited on the top of a supporting substrate with air permeating structure made of virtually any material on customers` request – woven/nonwoven textiles, filtration paper... or without support. Combination of the grammage of nanofibrous layer and a type of supporting substrate enable manufacturing of filtration membranes with different permeability and filtration efficiency. Nanofibrous membrane posses small pore size with simultaneously high permeability due to its open fibre structure. This characteristics, high chemical resistance and high flexibility predestine this material for separator in Li-ion batteries or fuel cells.

NnF MBRANE - Model PVB - Polyvinylbutyral Nanofibrous Membranes

NnF MBRANE – PVB (Polyvinylbutyral) is a novel kind of nanofibrous mambrane produced by industrial production technology operated by Pardam, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Nanofibrous layer is deposited on the top of a supporting substrate with air permeating structure made of virtually any material on customers` request – woven/nonwoven textiles, filtration paper... Combination of the grammage of nanofibrous layer and a type of supporting substrate enable manufacturing of filtration membranes with different permeability and filtration efficiency.
