DYNA-CLEAR F Series high capacity filter bags provide consistent filtration of fluids in a wide variety of applications.  The random interlocking of micro-denier felt fibers provides efficient depth filtration at increased flow rates. DYNA-CLEAR F filter bags are best utilized in process streams with contaminants of a broad particle size distribution or where gels are present. Rigid internal quality control standards help to assure consistent and repeatable filtration performance over time. DYNA-CLEAR F series filter bags are available in four different materials of construction providing excellent compatibility with a wide range of process fluids. Various optional surface treatments are offered to reduce fiber migration and enhance filtration performance. An all thermally welded polypropylene felt bag is available for higher purity applications. DYNA-CLEAR Series filter bags are manufactured in a wide range of sizes and configurations to fit most bag filter housings.

DYNA-CLEAR M Series high performance liquid filter bags provide efficient and reliable filtration of fluids in a wide variety of applications. DYNA-CLEAR M filter bags are constructed with a proprietary range of woven filter media in two fiber grades: multifilament bags and monofilament bags. DYNA-CLEAR multifilament bags are manufactured from fiber strands consisting of thousands of micro-denier interwoven fibers. The strands are woven in a specific pattern to create a very uniform pore structure across the filter bag. The result is an economical filter bag that provides consistent filtration performance.

The C Series is a high-efficiency cyclone separator designed to effectively remove large to moderate size particles (chips, metal grindings, sawdust) from the air stream. Used alone or in conjunction with another dust collector, the Cyclone separates coarse contaminants from fine, non-visible particles and exhausts clean air.  Typical applications include: buffing, bulk powder, conveying, fiberglass/plastic, grinding, machining, polishing, sawing and woodworking.

The Depth-Clear D Series containment system with the complementary housing completely encloses the lenticular filter cartridge eliminating the potential for atmospheric contamination, product loss, and virtually eliminates the cleanup associated with cartridge change outs. Each cartridge is enclosed within two layers of protective film isolating the cartridge from the housing with an impermeable barrier that minimizes operator exposure to hazardous fluids. The cartridge compression is preset insuring proper cartridge sealing and the reduced fitting requirements add to the ease of change-outs. When a vacuum is applied to the downstream side of the filter, the flexible containment system conforms to the filter cartridge evacuating the remaining fluid and resulting in a negligible hold up volume.

The compact Smog-Hog MSH is a self-contained electrostatic precipitator (ESP) mist collector that can be mounted directly onto machining centers or nearby using ducting. The MSH is ideal for collecting machine tool coolant mist from applications including CNC machining, cold forming, plastic forming, screw machining, wet grinding and more. Oil and water-based machine mists, fumes and smoke are drawn into the system and then sent through a highly efficient coalescing pre-filter and large ESP collection cell with clean air recirculating back into the facility for a cleaner, healthier work environment. The Smog-Hog MSH provides optimized extraction velocities for most machine center enclosures. The unit ships fully assembled for easy installation.

Purolator`s Model 44 Liquid Cartridge housing gives the versatility of choosing cartridges for the needed flow rates, chemical compatibility and particle retention. They are a good choice to use in applications where a low micron retention is required. Model P44 accommodates one element in either 10, 20, 30, or 40 inch lengths.
