Parson - Manhole Insert

PARSON MANHOLE INSERTS are manufactured from Ultra High Density, high molecular weight Polyethylene, with a finish thickness of 1/8". Ventilation is achieved by either a thru-bore or single valve. A corrosion resistant 1" heavy weight polypropylene strap is factory installed. A closed-cell neoprene gasket is available upon request. Our best selling manhole insert. Manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Basic style includes a heavy weight polypropylene strap. A factory installed closed-cell neoprene or cross-linked polyethylene gasket is available upon request.

Parson - Model V2P - Manhole Insert

The PARSON MANHOLE INSERT-V2P is manufactured from High Density, high molecular weight Polyethylene, meeting the requirements of ASTM D-1248, Class A, Category 5, Type III. The inserts come equipped with 1 gas relief valve, 1 vacuum relief valve, a closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene gasket and a corrosion resistant 1" heavy weight polypropylene strap. Same material as our best selling manhole insert, but come equipped with 1 gas relief valve, 1 vacuum relief valve, a cross-linked polyethylene gasket and 1 heavy weight polypropylene strap.

Parson - Stainless Steel Manhole Insert

The stainless steel manhole insert is manufactured from 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel. The gasket is manufactured from closed-cell neoprene and the ventilation system utilizes one gas relief valve manufactured of a Polypropylene Ethlylene compound. The stainless steel manhole insert shall have a corrosion resistant 1" heavy weight polypropylene strap installed. The“Cadillac”of the group. Manufactured from 18 gauge, 304 Stainless Steel. Standard equipment includes 1 heavy weight polypropylene strap, 1 gas relief valve and a neoprene gasket. One Plastic Coated Stainless Steel handle pop riveted to the insert with a #6 high grade Stainless Steel rivet are also available.

Parson - Water Valve Box Inserts

A common problem with opening, closing or exercising water valves is that they are usually covered with dirt, grit, mud or stones, which makes the valve very difficult or impossible to operate. Time must be spent cleaning out the valve box before any other work can be done. Our PARSON VALVE BOX INSERT saves time and money by trapping the unwanted items that would normally enter the valve box, keeping the valve clean and ready for operation. It is manufactured from the same HDPE material as our Plastic Manhole Insert and includes 1 nylon lifting strap for easy installation or removal. Designed to fit Tyler 5 ¼” boxes, but other sizes may be available upon request.

Parson - Model CC - Odoreater Manhole Inserts

PARSON ODOREATERS are a specially designed Manhole Insert, with the addition of a canister containing 20 lbs. of activated carbon or non-impregnated, activated catalytic carbon (Parson Odoreater CC Manhole Insert), that trap and store unpleasant hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan odors.  Purified air is then allowed to ventilate into the atmosphere through the canister lid.  A one-way valve allows water to drain, but no air to pass through it.

Rap-O Manhole Cover Cushion

Quickly and easily silence noisy manhole covers. Rap-O is a soft, pliable, round cord, which is impregnated with asphalt and is approximately 1/2` in diameter. It will silence noisy manhole covers and reduce cover and seat wear. Cut the 84` length as needed and leave an overlap at the splice joint.
