Available in 304 Stainless Steel, Paxton’s Nozzle Manifold is the ideal solution for applications requiring a larger distance between the air source and the surface to be dried or blown off. Nozzle Manifolds are designed to maintain thrust as far away as 18 inches (450 mm) to help ensure that your products are receiving full air coverage over the targeted areas. Nozzle Manifolds are the ideal blow-off solution for conveyors of multiple types of various sizes and shapes, products that have a multi-faceted surface to dry, products with nooks, crannies, or holes, applications requiring air with a concentrated high thrust, and applications where it is critical to mount the air delivery device more than 5 inches (130 mm) from the blow-off surface. 

Paxton`s CapDryer provides complete drying of the bottle neck and lid to improve the quality of coding, tamper branding, labeling, and vision system results. The CapDryer is an all-in-one drying manifold designed to dry bottles ranging from 8 oz - 3 liters and is available in two different sizes (12 and 24 nozzle).

Paxton`s CanDryer is designed to provide complete drying of the tops and sides of 8 - 24 oz cans to improve the quality of coding, labeling, and packaging. The CanDryer replaces conventional Air Knives and Nozzles with an all-in-one drying manifold to improve the quality of drying while enhancing usability. Not only does the manifold box contain water spray to help improve production floor safety, the stainless steel construction of Paxton’s CanDryer makes it suitable for washdown areas and harsh detergents. The CanDryer also comes equipped with an integral mounting arm and an optional empty container blow-off attachment.

The Inline Manifold is ideal for drying the tops or bottoms of cans, jars, and other containers thoroughly, prior to date coding or other packaging operations. The Inline Manifold has six nozzles focused on the top surface of products and is available in either polypropylene or 304 stainless steel, both with Loc-Line nozzles. The spacing of the nozzles powers a one-two-three thrust at the target.

Now available in three different sizes, the Spyder Manifold is the most effective air delivery device for drying the tops, sides, and under the rim of cans, bottles, and jars. Spyder Manifolds combine inline nozzles with "spider-like" arms that flex to any position in order to reach under and around products to accommodate specific drying needs. In addition to this, the Spyder Manifold arms quickly adjust to target products of varying shapes and sizes, for multi-purpose lines, and is also ideal for targeting under the crown and rim of cans.

The Uno Nozzle is designed to provide targeted airflow to a small target. Designed to replace a single compressed air nozzle, remote from a larger air delivery device, Paxton`s Uno Nozzle facilitates further reduction in compressed air usage. The Uno Nozzle is now available in swivel version, to give flexibility in mounting and positioning.

Paxton’s Ionizing Rinsing Systems efficiently remove particulates, dirt and debris from targeted surfaces with the help of Paxton’s air delivery systems and industry-leading centrifugal blowers. Setting the standard for a new generation of static elimination and air rinsing, Paxton’s Ionizing Rinsing Systems are designed to dissipate the static charges that cause dirt, dust and contaminants to adhere to surfaces, and then air blast the contaminants away using ultra-efficient, blower-driven air. With Paxton’s patented design, you’re able to increase performance while reducing maintenance, and if eliminating compressed air systems, reduce energy usage by as much as 80%.

The Ionizing Bottle Rinser, by Paxton Products, improves sustainability in bottling operations by eliminating the need for water rinsing, and/or rinsing using compressed air. Using a specially designed Air Knife, the Ionizing Bottle Rinser has been successfully qualified under all common test media: styrodot, cardboard dust, and various debris.

The ultra-high efficiency PX-Series Centrifugal Air Blowers use state-of-the-art impellers and scroll designs to achieve blower efficiencies as high as 80%, to generate 33% more air flow than a standard centrifugal blower. This added efficiency means that when switching from a standard centrifugal blower (like Paxton`s own AT-Series blowers), often 5 horsepower less is needed to achieve the same air flows and pressures.
