PAXXUS’ Allegro peelable materials are the premier solution for user-friendly product presentation. Our state-of-the-art sealants are designed to provide a wide sealing window for the manufacturer and an ultra-smooth peel for the user. Options exist to seal to and peel from virtually any flexible or rigid material.

AuraSeal solves the longstanding challenge of assuring seal integrity with a non-destructive, efficient test. The packaging system consists of a clear film incorporating the AuraSeal technology paired with an opaque, white film. The sealed package, when exposed to long wave ultraviolet light, will brightly fluoresce in the sealed areas. Breaches in seal integrity can be easily detected due to visible voids in the fluorescence.

AUTOBAHN™ material welcomes a new generation of flow wrap packaging. This material is an ultra-fast sealing version of our original flow wrap with the added benefit of being easier to open. AUTOBAHN was designed to maximize line efficiency with speeds approaching 400 packages per minute.

Our RP heat seal coating technology can be applied to any of the medical grades of Tyvek and allows customers to choose the ideal seal strength for the specific partner rigid or flexible material being considered.Medical-grade Tyvek is ideal for applications requiring breathability and a microbial barrier. Tyvek has excellent tear strength and puncture resistance and is compatible with most commonly used sterilization methods.
