We offer precision machining of both rotating and non-rotating castings, forgings and weldments according to customer documentation. We supply heavyweight weldments including the provision of material, heat treatment and surface treatment.

We offer balancing of different types of rotors, impellers and other rotating parts with a guarantee ofadhering to the required paramters. We balance rotating parts for a wide range of uses from power engineering, to racing road bikes to rotary wood shredders. We provide a wide range of services from consulting to design and the production ofbalancing products. We offer quality services at reasonable prices according to individual calculations. We offer our customers additional refurbishment of parts before the balancing itself.

We offer welding of black and stainless steel for the manufacture of basic production machine elements, including the production of heavyweight weldments.  Complex delivery of weldments, including the provision of metallurgical material, its cutting and welding. Machining and final surface treatment of weldments. Measuring on a 3D measuring machine, including an issued protocol. We supply weldments made of different materials for both serial and single-piece production for our customers.

We offer cutting of various types of metallurgical materials, from the burning and cutting of metal sheets to the cutting and burning of metals of all kinds and profiles. Cutting alloy, non-alloy and stainless steel, other non-ferrous metals (brass, bronze, copper) and technical plastics. Processing of various metal profiles (sheets, bars, tubes, L and U profiles). Cutting metal using a flame and plasma. We will be happy to provide subsequent complex services in the field of metal processing, including welding, heat treatment, machining and surface treatment.
