With this stage-top incubation system, cell and tissue cultures can be observed under in vitro conditions. The heatable incubation insert offers a stable heating and a uniform heat distribution within the medium. Equipped with a heatable and slidable CO2-Cover, the cell culture vessels can be exchanged easily. Laser scanning microscopy and electrophysiological experiments can be carried out. The Incubation System S is a comprehensive, integrated solution designed for the incubation and observation of living cells. Specifically tailored for use with the Zeiss Axio Observer (A1m/D1m/Z1m) microscopes, this system optimizes the conditions essential for maintaining cell viability. It ensures precise control of temperature, humidity, and gas concentrations, creating an environment closely mimicking natural living conditions. The modular design allows for customizable configuration and upgrades without additional tubing and cables, facilitated by an innovative connector system. Power and communication are managed via a system bus from the TempModule S. Integrated air sockets ensure effective air distribution across modules. This system is fully compatible with PeCon`s System 2000 devices, ensuring seamless integration. Exclusively distributed through Carl Zeiss, it supports dynamic experiment planning with Zeiss Axiovision 4.6 or a TFT display on the Axio Observer Z1.
