XTRU-THERM is the Premier Engineered Series pre-insulated piping system consisting of the thermally efficient polyurethane (PUR) insulation, aluminum diffusion barrier, anti-corrosion coating, a waterproof high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer jacket, and a carrier pipe to meet the most challenging project requirements. FLOW-THERMTM is a highly efficient and cost-effective subsea insulation with excellent compressive resistance. It has high strength, great adhesion, and exhibits toughness when applied on subsea flowlines and risers, field joints, and equipment, such as jumpers, pipeline end terminations (PLETs), pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), inline structures, shrouds, doghouses, and any moldable structures for deep and ultra-deepwater applications. FLOW-THERM subsea insulation is available in three different materials: silicon (Si) rubber, polymer alloy (RS 3604), and glass syntactic polyurethane (GSPU), suitable for various operating conditions and applications. ENI-GARD™ is the Premier Engineered Series double containment pipe system designed to protect against any leakage from expensive environmental accidents and exposed hazardous chemicals or materials caused by corrosive leaks from the primary carrier piping. The ENI-GARD system consists of a carrier pipe, a containment pipe coated with urethane or a fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) outer jacket, and an optional PermAlert cable leak detection system. This innovative system not only protects the environment from contamination but also ensures compliance with all federal and state-level regulations and the safety of protecting people’s health. Consisting of a layer of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), polymeric adhesive, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer jacket, PERMA-BOND meets the most demanding performance requirements. Including Ultrabond FBE, Ultrabond ARO, Ultrabond 2, Ultrabond 3, Ultrabond TSA, Ultrabond LE.

PERMA-PIPE offers high-quality, FAB-COAT™ custom coatings to meet your project-specific needs in many different shapes and sizes such as vessels, prefabricated pipe spools, valves, skids, fittings, and aluminum panels. FAB-COAT is cost-effective for external and internal surfaces and is available in either powder or liquid coating application methods to maintain the piping systems’ overall integrity and longevity.

PERMA-BOND™ Pro Series is an advanced anti-corrosion pipe coating system consisting of a layer of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) to protect against external corrosion and a choice of either an abrasion resistant overcoat (ARO) or moisture resistant overcoat (MRO) for use in highly abrasive or wet environments. PERMA-PIPE’s custom engineered steel manholes reduces installation and life-cycle maintenance costs over traditional concrete manholes. They are fully assembled and tested with all valves and other equipment as required.
