2-Way Ball Valves
Perrin - 2-Way Floating Ball Valves
The 2-way ball valves with floating ball are designed with a 2- or 3-piece body. The floating design creates a tightness on the outlet side which increases further with an increase of the pressure on the upstream side.
Perrin - 2-Way Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
The mounted 2-way ball valves are designed with a 2- or 3-part housing. Spring-loaded seat rings are used for sealing. Due to the absorption of the forces via the bearing journal and the control shaft, the bearing-mounted ball valve not only has lower torques compared to the floating versions, but can also be used with large nominal diameters and pressure ratings. As standard, these are sealing on the inlet side and can also be supplied as “Double Block and Bleed (DBB)” or “Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB)” versions on request.
Multi-Way Ball Valves
Perrin - Trunnion Mounted Design Multi-Way Ball Valves
The trunnion mounted multi-way Ball Valves are equipped with a 2-component or 3-component body. Springloaded seats are used for sealing. Due to the absorption of force by the trunnion and stem the trunnion mounted Ball Valve not only has less torque than the floating versions, but is also suitable for larger sizes and higher pressure levels. The ball and stem are made in one piece, so that even with a high switching frequency, no slackness and resulting wear can occur on these components’ connectors. The balls are equipped with different bores (e.g. L, T or X) depending on the model, so customized solutions for the distribution of media are available.
Perrin - Floating Design Multiway Ball Valves
The 3-way Ball Valves with a floating ball are designed with a 2-component or multi-component body. The floating ball design creates tightness on the downstream side, which keeps increasing as the up-stream pressure continues to rise. The balls are available with an L or T bore.
Top Entry Ball Valve
Perrin - Top Entry Ball Valve
Our Top-Entry Valve can be designed with either floating or trunnion mounted balls. Due to the stem extension and the chosen seat rings, the ball valve can be used for cryogenic temperatures down to -196°C. The special seat ring design tolerates the Bi-directional application up to full differential pressure.

An excellent durability has been achieved by incorporating DLC coating which sufficiently endures the high loads (surface pressure) generated by fluid pressure of 103 MPa and does not degrade the super precision machining on stem/ball and seat portions.
Perrin - Needle Valves
The adopted non-rotational structure secures an excellent sealing performance by preventing galling or scratching due to the up/down sealing motion of a valve body while rotating.
Perrin - Check Valves
The diameter identical with the pipe bore of 6.4, 9/16” 40,000 psi specification is adopted as flow channel diameter. Cv-value = 1.1 has been achieved.
Accessories
Perrin - Drive Unit
Depending on the project and application, we deliver drive and accessory products according to customer requirements or – if not specified by the customer – with our preferred suppliers. The accessories are attached to the drives using existing drive connections or piping. The complete unit – consisting of ball valve, actuator and accessories – is routinely subjected to a functional test before delivery.

Certain substances, such as sulphur, wax and tar have a tendency to crystallize, become viscous or harden due to temperature loss. Heating systems are used in pipes / fittings to guarantee an easy flow crucial for conveying the substances needed.
