We have comprehensive experience in the drafting, planning and in the construction of civil engineering structures. The project work entails all service phases according to the “HOAI” including the planning, tender offers and site management as well as the final inspection of the structures. We give expert advice to our clients on the development of new concepts, provide clients with studies of variants and consecutively, compile complete planning documents. We also assist our clients during the approval procedures with the authorities.

The Peschla + Rochmes GmbH has more than 30 years experience in contaminated site investigation and subsequent risk assessment. Next to conventional contaminated site investigations, Peschla + Rochmes conducts also Due Dilligence Audits (short initial site assessments prior to property purchases).
