The PETSEA RO SW-RE reverse osmosis systems for sea water desalinitation includes an energy recovery system, which allows a significant decrease in electrical consumption. The energy recovery system is an innovative procedure of the latest technology, composed of a highly efficient pumping system which, in combination with the pressure exchanger group and a booster pump, allows energy savings by means of reducing electrical consumption without reducing the overall efficiency of the unit. Using this equipment we have managed to reduce the size of the high pressure pump, as well as achieving savings in power of up to 60%. High production from 200 m3/day.

The PETSEA RO TW-SLIM reverse osmosis systems for water purification, have been designed to obtain fresh water from brackish water (up to 4.000 ppm). Ultra-compact design (only 190 mm wide) allowing unprecedented economy of space. Structure, fittings and high pressure pump in stainless steel. Thanks to its compact design, it is the ideal equipment to obtain osmotized water for stores, houses, laboratories and small industry.

PETION is an anti-biological growth and anti-corrosive system for any seawater circuit, applying electrolysis avoids sea life incrustations, and protects piping against corrosion. The PETION system is a PETER TABOADA’s patent, and is recommended for all kind of vessels, petrol platforms, and inland seawater refrigeration systems.

PETION SC is a simplified version of Standard PETION, which has no Electrolytic Tank, nor Recirculation Pump. Other system components (aluminium and copper electrodes, and Electrical Control Panel system) remain. As designs are shown, PETION SC could be installed directly in seawater inlets or strainers. This simplified version of Standard PETION, has a significant decrease in price, but still maintains their properties of anti-biological and anti-corrosive system for any seawater circuit.

PETER TABOADA has a great range of filtration cartridges, not only in standard measures but also for special ones (from 5” up to 50” length), as well as cartridge housings of different materials. In addition, we also have in our facilities of 1,800 m2 special filtration, self cleaning filters, Cintropur, stainless steel mesh filters and so on.

PETER TABOADA can offer a wide range of self cleaning filters which are applicable in prefiltration for reverse osmosis systems or specific treatments in purification and water quality improvement. Every PETER TABOADA filtration system is fully automatic by automatic programmers. Their control valves work in three different cycles: backwashing, clarification and service. These valves are equipped with a computerized programmer 24 hours/day and 7 days/week. Also we design special filtration systems adapted to any application. These systems can have feed water from the sea, rivers, wells, or any other source. These systems are completely automatic; they do not need any operator or maintenance in a short term.

PETFROST is a food safety system that reduces the bacterial load existing in the food by washing with sterile water with germicidal properties. To perform its mission, in PETFROST three technologies come together from different fields: advanced water treatment, advanced oxidation processes and a triple-reactor recirculation (patent).
