The ballast management system is dedicated to the ballast tank gauging and alarms. It takes the data from pressure sensors located at bottom of the tanks. That sensors gives enough information to manage entire ballast management. Our system was a retrofit of Esterline Level Datic System integrating part of the system when it was discontinued.

Level One is a state of the art system that integrates level indication, volume indication, alarms, safeties  for a taner vessel. The system presents high accuracy and precision in the measurements, up to 1 mm. Two redundant touch panels works independently to manage different screens at the same time.

All in one PLC + HMI systems present an unique possibility for the system integrator. Reducing the development time and costs. In a couple of hours we are able to integrate whole process such as Rudder Angle Indicator, API Local management System, Generator Controller and more.

That ballast system gives information about the ballast tank gauges. You can easily set alarms, calculate percentage, Shows tank positioning ant volumes.
