A dust filtration system based on modular construction, with its low weight simplified assembly and transport. By modular construction is meant that the filter housing can be expanded to adapt to the current needs of the process, this is done by adding the number of modules that are required to get the correct filter load. The system can be used in various processes and can be run with overpressure or negative pressure depending on which requirements are set and the needs that exist in the specific process. We see with advantage that the system is as a turnkey solution by including a balanced duct system - dust separator - control system – material handling.  The modular filter can be supplied in ATEX compliant design. 

A versatile type of filtration system with optimal place savings when it comes to textile filters.  The filtermedia which is preassembled on cassettes is accessed through the side of the construction, making it easy and accessible with quick media replacement The unit can be delivered in galvanized steel, standard steel construction or other materials required by the process. Filtermedia types are all types of textiles, the flexibility of the unit also enables filter cartridges to be placed instead of textiles. The TCF unit can be delivered in ATEX compliant design.
