Pfeiffer - Submersible Transmitter
A ceramic pressure sensor and the electronics convert the hydrostatic pressure into a proportional electrical signal. The bearer cable contains a pressure compensation tube to compensate for atmospheric pressure fluctuations. The submersible transmitter is supplied as 2- wire version providing output signal 4- 20 mA as well as with measurement ranges up to 100.00 mWS.

The pneumatic level sensor PNE converts air pressure generated by the hydrostatic backpressure of the water level into a proportional, standard electrical signal. It is possible to correct the zero point and scaling using a single button. False settings and system errors are indicated via LEDs. The air dome or the bubble tube can be utilised in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The PGS pump control unit is used together with a transducer supplying a standard power signal of 0 or 4 to 20 mA (e.g. immersion transmitter ETG) as a convenient, intelligent and decentralized control system in all drinking water and waste water technology applications that require an exact determination of the level, pressure or the flow quantity, the exact setting of the limited values, simple operation and a high degree of operational safety.

Pfeiffer - Programmable Pump Control Devices
The programmable pump control PGS-P assigns from the pneumatic pressure sensor PNA and bubble tube supplied pressure to a level with the unit m. The zero point (0.00 m water column) can be programmed in accordance with submerged sensor. Scaling for the level, is either via the maximum value from the transducer (2.50, 5.00 or 9.99 m) or via the actual value (momentary value). The scaling is defined in steps of tenths or hundredths. The indicator value is calculated according to the input power and the scaling that is set. It is also possible to provide a scaled percentage indicator. The value of the analogue output changes in accordance with this scaling whereby 100% corresponds to 20 mA or 5/10 V at the output.
