We offer Non-Asbestos, Non-Ceramic Millboard Sheets for high-temperature applications. The millboards are available in both sheet and cut gasket form. The millboards can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C and have low thermal conductivity. These millboards are used for Heatshields in molten metal casting, General gaskets in domestic appliances, Sacrificial linings in aluminum melting pots, High-temperature gaskets and seals, Ovens, and Furnaces applications.

Manufactured from High purity Silica Glass Fiber yarn, it exhibits high tensile strength & is extremely suitable for abrasive applications. Silica fabrics are often used as heat shields to prevent surrounding components from overheating and significantly help reduce thermal loss in the process. Silica fabrics offer high chemical stability to alkali and acid media, are fungi-proof, and resistant to other attacking microorganisms. It also provides great insulation for exhaust systems.
