PHILOS - Model Megaflux-RO - Type RO/NF - Spiral-Wound Membrane Elements

PHILOS - Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) Membrane

The PHILOS Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) membrane offers an innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solution for organic solvent separation technology. Designed specifically for non-aqueous solutions, OSN technology allows the reuse of contaminated solvents across various industries. By utilizing size-exclusion nanofiltration (molecular-weight cut-off - MWCO), membrane selectively separates components based on their size and molecular weight. The membrane can process 1-2 tons of solvent per day, providing an efficient and scalable solution for both lab scale and industrial applications.

PHILOS - Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) System

The PHILOS Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) System based on the OSN membrane module transforms the conventional separation techniques by elimination the heat usage and thereby reducing the energy consumption. The OSN system capable of cutting off the molecules with weight range from 300 – 500 Da in organic solvents and other chemicals. The system can recover both non-polar and polar solvents offering large variety of solutions, in various fields from semiconductors and pharmaceuticals to food oil and flavor and fragrance manufacturing. The OSN System is available in three configurations: lab scale, pilot scale, and industrial scale.
