The RAPpro is a 100 T.P.H. hot mix asphalt plant specifically designed to efficiently produce high quality HMA utilizing 100% RAP. This plant has a revolutionary multi-tube in-direct heated, continuous flow Patented design. When coupled with PelletRAP rubberized binder additive used as a RAP rejuvenator and mix modifier extremely durable, high quality mixes are produced.

Asphalt Rubber or Rubberized Asphalt, as it`s sometimes referred to, is a process of blending crumb rubber produced from recycled waste tires into liquid asphalt cement (bitumen) to produce an extremely resilient high performance, modified binder that is used in the paving process. The hot mix asphalt that is produced with Asphalt Rubber binder creates a roadway that is significantly more durable, longer lasting, quieter and safer than roads paved with conventional asphalt.

Environmentally Friendly, Cost Effective Pelletized Asphalt Rubber Binder for Gap and Open Graded Mixes. PelletPAVE - AR is our flagship product. It is used as an alternative to the difficult field blending process when the project specification calls for a high rubber content, high viscosity Asphalt Rubber binder. Typically used in gap or open graded mixes at an application rate of 20% - 40% (by weight of total binder) to meet an Asphalt Rubber binder requirement for Viscosity, Penetration, Softening Point and Resilience. PelletPAVE can be produced with any size/gradation of crumb rubber to meet local agency requirements.

Environmentally Friendly - Cost Effective Pelleted Rubberized Binder. PelletPAVE - TR is used as an alternative for terminal blended type rubber modified binders. This product is a specifically formulated PG 64 -22 binder with SBS polymer and 12% - 15% of a fine ground tire rubber powder. It is typically used to enhance the performance of dense graded mixes.

PelletRAP is a high performance, rubber modified, binder rejuvenator made of a unique blend of premium quality asphalt cement, crumb rubber made from recycled scrap tires and a complex blend of other light end additives specifically designed to revitalize badly oxidized pavement by restoring the viscoelastic properties of the aged binder. This material is produced in a proprietary pelleting process for easy and economical storage, transportation and use. PelletRAP rejuvenator greatly improves the workability, compaction and low temperature performance characteristics of high RAP content hot mix.

This engineered pre-bagged, aggregate gradation and highly rubberized binder hot patch mix is ideal for pothole and utility cut repairs in both asphalt and concrete pavements. Packaged in 35 pound meltable bags and shipped with 56 bags per pallet.

This highly rubberized, hot applied crack filler is specifically designed for filling larger cracks. HighFLEX has the highest rubber content of any crack filler on the market as well as other additives to help reduce shrinkage and make it longer lasting.
