Keep your instruments running at peak performance with our Maintenance Programs or free diagnosis service. We provide a free diagnosis for the problems we find and give our customers a quote for the repair. If the customer decides to proceed with the repair, the turn around time is typically 2-3 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

Package A: Annual Cleaning, inspection and calibration, NIST Certification of Plaque (includes certificate), Bulb Replacement, Repairs as needed (only due to manufacturing failures). Priority service. We handle the reminders, packing materials and shipping labels.
