The PDu150 is a complete miniaturized power supply and ultra-low noise driver for up to three 100V, 120V or 150V piezoelectric stack actuators. Output currents up to 100mA per channel are developed at frequencies up to 80 kHz with very low noise. With a capacitive load, the peak-to-peak resolution exceeds one part-per-million or 20-bit, which suits demanding applications in semiconductor machinery, scanning probe microscopy, optics, vibration control, and nanopositioning.

The PDu150CL combines a high-voltage power supply, precision strain conditioning circuit, feedback controller, and ultra-low noise amplifier (26uV RMS) into a package the size of a credit card. It provides all of the necessary functions for high-resolution open-loop or closed-loop control of piezoelectric actuators with or without integrated resistive strain sensors. The PDu150CL develops up to 300mA of output current at frequencies up to 80 kHz with very low noise. It is suited to demanding applications such as semiconductor machinery, scanning probe microscopy, optics, vibration control, and nanopositioning. The PDu150CL can be purchased as a calibrated pair with an SCL Series Closed-Loop Stack Actuator.

The SA stack actuators are high-performance piezoelectric stack actuators with an epoxy coating for improved mechanical and humidity protection. The SA actuators are matched to the range of PiezoDrive amplifiers and driver modules. Applications include: Nanopositioning, Microscopy, Precision Machining, Vibration Control, Hydraulic Pumps, Valves, and Optics.

The PD200 is a wide bandwidth, low noise linear amplifier for driving piezoelectric actuators and other loads. The output voltage range can be unipolar, bipolar, or asymmetric from 50V to 200V. Up to +/-200V can be achieved in the bridged configuration. The PD200 can drive any load impedance including unlimited capacitive loads such as stack actuators; standard piezoelectric actuators; two wire benders; and three-wire piezoelectric benders requiring a bias voltage.
