Pion PrepEngine - Content Uniformity Sample Preparator

The PrepEngine by Pion Inc. is engineered to significantly enhance sample preparation processes, particularly for content uniformity, analytical testing, and Cannabis sample applications. It supports the creation of homogenous blends swiftly and dependably, using a compact benchtop design that includes 1, 2, and 10 independently powered, high-output stirring stations. This design facilitates sample preparation up to 90% faster than traditional methods. Its modular configuration allows for adaptable sample preparation that can include mixing, extracting, and lysing of materials pre-analysis. The PrepEngine features adjustable speeds ranging from 500 to 6000 rpm with user-defined time cycles, ensuring reliable and consistent results. The use of single-use or reusable polypropylene Preptubes, available in 50ml, 250ml, and 500ml sizes, aids in preventing cross-contamination.
