Manufactured from anti-static materials, the strap prepares surfaces prior to cutting and drilling. Standard cleaning strap for up to 12” Pipe, with longer models available for larger diameters. Unique circular blades cut in every direction, allowing free movement of the strap. Circular cleaning teeth clean in all directions. User-friendly handles incorporate a shortening device.

A longer travel machine for drilling ½”-2” through ferrules and saddle straps in PE, PVC and AC. Available with kits for either Plug or Screwdown Ferrules to drill ½”-1” or 1¼” - 2” ferrules on AC, PE and PVC pipe.

Pipeline Technology is the original and ONLY authorised manufacturer of the Talbot drilling range. The Talbot No. 1 ½” to 1” under pressure drilling and tapping machine is hand operated for water pipes. The No. 1 drills and taps ½”, ¾” and 1” BSP connections into dry or pressurised metallic mains, or via tapping straps into AC, PVC/PE or steel mains. The No.1 Machine is a well proven and robust Underpressure drilling and tapping machine for inserting ferrules into live water mains up to 48″ diameter. The machines can either drill directly into the main, or using a universal undercarriage, through a bossed saddle strap.
